Inszone Insurance Services has swooped for another California firm as it continues expanding its presence in the state.

According to a press release, Inszone has acquired Nugen and Associates in a move to bolster its commercial insurance expertise and offer enhanced services to both existing and new clients in the Rancho Cucamonga area.

Nugen and Associates specializes in commercial and contractor insurance. This expert knowledge has earned the firm a solid reputation for delivering comprehensive insurance solutions tailored for local contractors and businesses.

“Nugen and Associates have done a great job focusing on the commercial space, building strong relationships with their customers,” said Inszone CEO Chris Walters. “We look forward to expanding the reach and providing additional product offerings to said clients, giving them access to personal lines and benefits insurance solutions, all with the goal of providing customers a true one-stop-shop for all their insurance needs.”

This latest deal bolsters Inszone’s service offerings as it combines its resources and capabilities with Nugen and Associates.

Existing clients of the newly acquired firm can anticipate a seamless transition, the Inszone release stated, with the same high-quality service and support as before.

Inszone’s M&A growth

Established in 2002 and headquartered in Sacramento, California, Inszone is a full-service insurance brokerage firm that offers a wide range of property and casualty insurance solutions, as well as employee benefits services.

The company’s expansion has been propelled by a series of acquisitions. It recently acquired two California-based firms: Starline Insurance Group and Citizens General Insurance Brokers.

In addition to its operations in California, Inszone has a presence in several other states, including Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Michigan, Missouri, Oregon, Texas, and Illinois. The company boasts a network of over 40 locations and is expected to announce several other acquisitions in the coming months.
