King Risk Partners has acquired Barker, Beck, Collins & Kronauge Agency (BBC&K), an independent insurance firm based in Dayton, Ohio. The acquisition is part of King Risk Partners' expansion into Midwest markets.

Founded in 1923, BBC&K has operated in the Miami Valley region for more than a century, offering personal and commercial insurance, along with group health and long-term care services.

King Risk Partners said that the agency has built a reputation for customer service and client retention, expanding its offerings in response to growing demand.

Malcolm King (pictured right), CEO of King Risk Partners, also said that BBC&K has established a strong foundation of trust and service in the insurance industry.

"Their commitment to building strong client relationships and their decades of expertise perfectly align with our vision of partnering with established, reputable agencies,” King said.

The acquisition provides King Risk Partners with an expanded presence in Ohio and strengthens its service capabilities in the Midwest.

BBC&K agency partners Daniel Kronauge, Scott Barker, and Bob Collins said the partnership allows the agency to enhance its insurance offerings while maintaining its service standards.

“Our priority has always been exceptional customer service, and this partnership enables us to expand our personal and business insurance offerings while maintaining the high standards of care and satisfaction our clients have come to expect. Together, we'll continue delivering the trusted, tailored coverage that defines BBC&K,” they said.

King Risk Partners said that it continues to pursue growth through strategic acquisitions while maintaining its focus on client service and operational integrity. The acquisition of BBC&K reflects its ongoing effort to partner with agencies that have a strong presence in their respective regions.

Last month, the firm also announced its acquisition of Bruce Hendry Insurance as part of its expansion efforts in Southwest Florida.
