N2G Worldwide Insurance Services has announced the appointment of Kevin M. Strong (pictured above) as CEO. Strong succeeds retiring N2G CEO Bill Skapof, who led the company since its inception in 2020.

“I am excited to join such a talented team and further build N2G’s brand as the preeminent provider of client-focused global program solutions,” Strong said.

Strong has more than 20 years of industry experience. He most recently served as head of multinational business at The Hartford. Prior to that, he served as worldwide director of global programs and network services at XL Catlin. He has also held leadership positions at Marsh and Aon.

“Kevin brings a successful track record of growing multinational businesses and shares Nationwide and Generali’s commitment to the market,” said Russ Johnston, president of standard commercial, E&S and specialty at Nationwide. “I’m confident that Kevin’s entrepreneurial spirit and market knowledge will help take this joint venture to the next level.”

N2G was launched as a joint venture between Nationwide and Generali. It provides multinational insurance solutions and global capabilities for international clients.

The company created a platform that offers a single multi-option quote across all business lines. The platform recently won the 2023 Celent Insurance Award for emerging and digital technologies.

“I am pleased to welcome Kevin as the new CEO of N2G, and I am confident that he will be able to further enhance and expand N2G’s operations,” said Christian Kanu, CEO of Generali Global Corporate & Commercial. “Thanks to his extensive international experience in the insurance industry, Kevin will add value to our strategy of providing multinational solutions to international commercial clients as well as protect their business across the globe. I would also like to express my gratitude to Bill for his outstanding work and commitment over the years.”
