Boca Raton headquartered Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty, Inc. has acquired Dallas, TX. based Check Out Insurance, LLC.

Check Out Insurance brands itself as a cheap auto insurance provider, locating its five Dallas/Fort Worth operations in Cliff’s Check Cashing operations. The agency has been offering products (and a web based service) from MGA Empower Insurance.

Seeman Holtz has been buying in the auto sector already this year

The Check Out team will join the Primera Capital team and help add to the Seeman Holtz portfolio throughout the state of Texas. Seeman Holtz already has an office in Austin.

Seeman Holtz has big plans to roll out the Check Out model across the nation.

“The addition of Check Out Insurance not only gives us a number of additional offices but also a model to rapidly expand organically,” said Marshal Seeman, president of Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty.

Brett Williams, vice president confirmed the expansion plans: “We intend to expand on the existing Check Out model which will allow us to quickly grow our regional capabilities without a heavy operational expense,” he said.
