Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty has announced the acquisition of yet another Florida insurance agency.
The company has acquired Insurance Solutions Group (ISG), a Miami-based agency. The acquisition solidifies Seeman Holtz’s footprint in Florida.

“With more than 50 years of combined experience, ISG has provided the most comprehensive insurance coverage with the highest level of integrity and superior customer service to each client,” Seeman Holtz said in a release.
“Insurance Solutions Group is a great acquisition which allows us continued growth in Miami-Dade County,” said Marshall Seeman, president of Seeman Holtz.
“Insurance Solutions will be consolidated into our existing Miami operations, which allows us to not only maximize efficiency but also provide better service to new clients,” said Brett Williams, Seeman Holtz vice president.
ISG is the second Florida acquisition announced by the company in less than a week. Last week, Seeman Holtz announced that it had purchased Longwood, Fla.-based David/Greg Insurance Consultants.
