Insurance Business America’s annual 5-Star Producers on MGAs survey (previously Producers on Wholesale Brokers & MGAs) is underway.
Last year’s report showcased 28 MGAs who received a score of 8 or higher in at least one category, earning the title of 5-Star MGA. In a slight increase from the results in 2020 and 2019, a record-setting 18 of those included in the 5-Star MGAs 2021 list claimed the title of All-Star MGA by earning a 5-star rating in every single category.
Now, producers are encouraged to participate in this year’s survey and share feedback on their MGA partners’ performance and services over the past year.
The information gathered will enable businesses to benchmark their performance and identify areas for improvement.
