Ironshore Environmental has now made it easier for insurance brokers to quote and bind storage tank policies with the launch of a new online broker portal.

The comprehensive storage tank insurance policies of Ironshore are available with limits from $500,000 to $50 million, satisfying federal financial assurance requirements across all 50 states. The policy carries no minimum premium, with deductible options starting at zero dollars for eligible tanks.

Different kinds of commercial storage tank specifications are covered by the policy, such as those in airports, hospitals, fuel terminals, schools, gas stations, convenience stores, and auto dealerships. A release said that the coverage responds to first-party discovery during the policy period or applicable extended reporting period.

In addition to the online portal launch, Ironshore has enhanced its storage tank policy’s third-party bodily injury and property damage coverages, to cover against risks such as National Resource Damages and Medical Monitoring.
