Hub International Limited has acquired the assets of Dadgar Insurance Agency. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Massachusetts-based Dadgar Insurance is an independent, multi-line brokerage that serves individuals and businesses throughout New England. The brokerage boasts extensive knowledge and experience in the hospitality and real estate industries, with a focus on restaurant insurance and habitational insurance. Dadgar Insurance provides coverage to more than 500 restaurants and 1,500 landlords and apartment building owners.

Anowsh Dadgar, president of Dadgar Insurance, will join Hub New England and will report to Charles Brophy, US East regional president of Hub.

The brokerage’s focus on real estate and hospitality supports Hub’s specialty practices.
