By Ryan Smith

Global broker Hub International Limited has announced that it has acquired the assets of Huntington, N.Y.-based Brady Risk Management. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Brady Risk is a risk management firm that provides products and services to a range of sectors including hospitality. The acquisition will complement and strengthen the existing capabilities of Hub’s specialty practice.

As part of the transaction, Brady Risk president Sean Brady and his team will join Hub Northeast.

Brady Risk is the latest in a series of acquisitions for Hub. Earlier this month, the global broker snapped up Pennsylvania-based Weiss Schantz Agency and Seattle-based DeFranco Insurance.
