Tangram Insurance Services, one of the nation’s largest independent managing general underwriters and program managers, has announced the acquisition of Pennsylvania-based Personal Care and Assisted Living Insurance Center (PCALIC).
Founded in 2003, PCALIC is a program manager for adult residential care facilities. It provides professional and general liability, property, and risk management services for residential care facilities and other non-profits. In 2011, PCALIC launched a program to serve non-profit animal rescue and rehabilitation organizations and animal shelters.
Brian Barrick, president and CEO of PCALIC, will join Tangram and continue to lead the PCALIC team.
