Independent claims management solutions provider Crawford & Company is launching a new platform designed to help connect insurance adjusters with roof inspectors.

Through the Crawford Inspection Services platform, adjusters can connect directly with roof inspectors who perform ladder assist and roof inspection services. It also automatically matches adjusters and assignments, streamlining the inspection process.

“Our relentless pursuit of service excellence uniquely positions Crawford to meet the changing needs of the market,” said Crawford & Company CEO Rohit Verma. “Our reimagined, simplified technology-enabled solutions will help our customers achieve more while supporting our purpose of restoring and enhancing lives, businesses and communities around the world.”

Adjusters using Crawford Inspection Services are connected to roofing inspectors courtesy of technology by WeGoLook – a Crawford subsidiary that utilizes the on-demand model to gather and validate claims information.

“Our curated network of experts, combined with 3D modeling technology is the ideal choice for fast and accurate inspections,” said WeGoLook president Meredith Brogan, who added that adjusters can trust WeGoLook’s platform to link them to the best possible roof inspectors for their assignments, ultimately ensuring better outcomes for the end customer.

A release said that the Crawford Inspection Services platform is currently available to use in Florida, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C., Georgia, Texas, Louisiana and North Carolina. Additional states and services will be added later in the year.
