PMA Companies Insurance Group has announced the appointment of Sabrina Mitchell (pictured) as claims assistant vice president for the Southeast region. In her new role, Mitchell will lead the region’s insurance claims operations. She will report to Ray DiCello, senior vice president and chief claims officer for PMA Insurance Group.

Mitchell has 25 years of claims experience. She joined PMA Companies Claims in 2004 as a regional claims supervisor, and most recently served as a regional claims manager, directing claims teams in nine states throughout the Southeast.

Mitchell holds the designations of Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist (CWC) and Certified Workers’ Compensation Litigation Specialist.
