For more than 30 years, Ron Wanglin has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to serving the needs of educational institutions and has helped Bolton & Company develop a deep understanding of the unique culture that makes schools, colleges and universities special. As chairman of Bolton’s board, Wanglin is responsible for setting and overseeing the company’s strategic growth and has been instrumental in the vision, development and success of Bolton’s education practice group.
Beyond education, Wanglin has specialized in insuring the aviation, healthcare, manufacturing, real estate and technology industries for more than three decades. He has served on agency advisory councils for ACE, AIG, Berkshire Hathaway and others. He has also been a frequent speaker at a number of conferences and on a variety of insurance topics, including enterprise risk management, intellectual property insurance, employee benefits and retirement plans, and the Affordable Care Act.
Wanglin is a past president of the Independent Insurance Agents Association in Santa Monica, past chairman of the Pacific Network Group and has served on the boards of Assurex Global and the National Alliance Research Academy.
