Carleen Bongat was a researcher at KM International (Key Media) and joined the company in October 2023. She contributed to Insurance Business, Mortgage Professional, InvestmentNews, Human Resources Director, Canadian Lawyer, Australasian Lawyer, and NZ Lawyer, conducting research, preparing case and deals summaries, and writing articles across insurance, mortgage, wealth and finance, human resources, and corporate and M&A.

She holds a degree in Consular and Diplomatic Affairs, with a focus on international relations, and holds a Civil Service Professional eligibility in the Philippines.
