General Information

This provides coverage to help protect the insured if they are found responsible for injury to another person or damage to another person’s property.

Product Coverage

We will pay all sums which you become legally liable to pay as compensatory damages because of unintentional bodily injury or property damage arising out of: 

  • Your personal actions anywhere in the world 
  • Your ownership, use or occupancy of your property

Product Exclusion

  • Bodily injury to you or any person residing in your household other than a residence employee
  • Damage to personal property or fixtures as a result of work done on them by you or anyone on your behalf
  • Intentional or criminal acts

  • Third – Party Liability coverage is the portion of an insurance policy that protects you if you’re sued (or threatened to be sued) for a physical injury or damage to someone else’s property.
  • The minimum liability limit is $1M but $2M is highly recommended.
