Archway Insurance, one of the largest and fastest growing insurance brokerages in Atlantic Canada, has announced its acquisition of CD Anderson Insurance LTD, a second-generation family business, based in Oromocto, New Brunswick.
The deal, effective March 01, 2021, marks Archway’s expansion into the New Brunswick Capital Region, enabling the brokerage to “better serve [its] clients in the province’s three major cities,” according to Archway CEO Michael Stack.
CD Anderson has been providing commercial and personal insurance in Oromocto and its surrounding areas since 1959. The brokerage’s former owner, Blake Anderson, will stay involved with the firm for a short period post-sale to ensure a smooth transition period to Archway Insurance for both his clients and his employees.
