How well are carriers meeting the needs of brokers and what things do they need to do to improve? To find out, Insurance Business Canada is opening it Brokers on Carriers 2020 survey to give readers the chance to rate their carriers and help IBC uncover the best businesses in the industry.

The survey asks brokers to rate their major partners in key aspects such as underwriting expertise, claims processing, product training and quick quotes.

This is a valuable tool for the industry to allow carriers to benchmark their performance and identify areas for improvement.

That’s why readers are encouraged and invited to answer a short survey form here.

The best-rated carriers and the full report will be available in IBC’s August issue and online.
