Insurance Business Canada has launched its Brokers on MGAs survey to give readers the chance to rate their partners and uncover the best businesses in the industry.
The survey asks brokers to rate their major MGAs – focusing on their service and performance over the past 12 months in nine key areas such as underwriting responsiveness, technical expertise, compensation, claims support and others.
This is a valuable tool for the industry and allows businesses to benchmark their performance and identify areas for improvement. Information gathered will be used to provide an insightful overview of the insurance industry in the past year.
