Insurance Business Canada has opened its Brokers on MGAs survey to allow readers to assess their partners’ performance and uncover the best businesses in the industry.

Retail brokers can rate their MGA partners based on service and performance over the past 12 months across key areas, such as underwriting responsiveness, technical expertise, compensation, and claims support.

This valuable tool enables industry participants to create a benchmark for businesses. Information gathered will be used to present an overview of the industry’s achievements and the challenges it faces.

Readers can share feedback by completing this online survey.

The highest-rated MGAs will be announced in a detailed report on Insurance Business Canada’s website in October.

The survey closes Friday, July 14.
