CSIO updates eSignatures Vendor Dashboard

More than 3,000 brokers have accessed this tool designed to improve the broker channel and maximize workflow efficiency.

The Centre for Study of Insurance Operations (CSIO) has added two vendor companies to its eSignatures Vendor Dashboard, which was originally published in July 2014.  The dashboard allows brokers to view vendors’ products side-by-side and examine their legal, operational and pricing specifications.

More than 3,000 P&C brokers, insurance professionals and software providers have accessed the dashboard since its release, with many then adopting eSignatures technology to better service clients and policyholders. The tool allows them sign documents on computers, tablets and smartphones at their convenience, which enhances the experience and improves workflow efficiency.

“This expansion of the eSignatures Vendor Dashboard increases its value to our members as a research tool when investigating the solution that best fits their business needs,” Catherine Smola, president & CEO of CSIO, said in a statement. “As interest in eSignatures grows, we will continue to provide support and education to drive adoption and improve the consumer’s ease of doing business with the broker channel.”

In addition, many brokers who found success with the dashboard claim that it was a catalyst to adopting other software and valuable tech solutions at their firms as well.

“It was incredibly valuable to have an authoritative comparison of several eSignatures vendors currently available in the marketplace,” said Adam Mitchell, president, Mitchell & Whale Insurance Brokers. “The dashboard provided a lot of confidence in the technology generally, and made it easier to move forward with implementing an eSignatures solution.”

The dashboard, as well as several accompanying tools and resources, are available at CSIO.com/esignatures.
