To identify the insurance firms that are on the right path, Insurance Business Canada is once again preparing its annual Top Insurance Employers report.
To be considered a Top Insurance Employer, companies are invited to fill out an employer form, which obtains details on their various practices based on metrics such as culture, benefit programs, employee development and the other attributes of an exemplary workplace.
Inclusion in this list is an accolade that can strengthen an organization’s standing in the highly competitive insurance industry. Winners can gain access to exclusive marketing and promotional opportunities designed to amplify their achievement across multiple channels.
The next Top Insurance Employers report will be featured in November in the 9.06 issue of IBC magazine and online.
Nominations are welcome until Friday, August 13, 2021.
