A healthy broker-carrier relationship is more important than ever, with rapid changes reshaping today’s marketplace.
Last year’s report named 24 carriers which managed to receive a five-star rating from brokers by scoring an average of 8.0 or higher in at least one category. Of those, four carriers went above and beyond industry expectations.
Brokers are encouraged once again to take part in this year’s Brokers on Carriers 2021 survey to provide a valuable feedback on their carriers’ performance and services over the past year.
The information gathered will be used to provide valuable insight into the broker-carrier relationship over the past 12 months and identify the carriers that have outperformed the rest by keeping brokers engaged through the COVID-19 crisis.
