Hub International Limited has continued its Canadian M&A spree with the acquisition of Saskatchewan-based Tri-Line Agencies. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Tri-Line Agencies is a full-service, independent insurance brokerage that offers personal and commercial insurance products. It specializes in government automobile and farming coverage. Tri-Line Agencies owner Eugene Danko will join Hub Manitoba.

The acquisition of Tri-Line Agencies is the latest in a string of Canadian acquisitions for Hub. Earlier this week, Hub announced the acquisition of Toronto-based Proteus Performance Management. Hub also recently acquired Saskatchewan-based Hometown Insurance Brokers and Toronto-based Clearwater Insurance Group. The company has also acquired Canada-based Access Insurance Brokers, Benefit Broker Services and Southland Insurance Brokers.
