Speak now or forever hold your peace – your chance to be a part of the Insurance Business Elite Top 30 Brokers list will disappear like Cinderella’s carriage at the stroke of midnight.

Brokers looking to strut their stuff and match up against the nation’s best must complete the online survey before this Sunday.

Last year’s top two broker spots were scooped up by Jones DesLauriers’ Danny Sgro and Kevin Stedman.

“My success can be attributed to hard work and dedication,” Sgro told Insurance Business, who took top spot.

In the case of Stedman, the industry almost lost a skilled broker before he even started.

“Growing up with a family in the insurance business,” he said, “I swore I would never get into the industry.”

It was only after graduating college that he was offered a job to work with a direct writer.

“The position was intriguing so I welcomed the opportunity,” he said, “and began my career and appreciation of the insurance industry.”

An opportunity that was nearly passed over, and an elite broker that might never have been.

Don’t let your opportunity to be among Canada’s elite pass you by! Take the survey and measure yourself among your peers.
