Broker partners strapped on the blades for the FIRST Championship Cup recently, with The Funding Fighters eventually skating away with the trophy.
The second time around for the tournament, it is FIRST Insurance Funding of Canada’s way of showing appreciation to its broker partners, with a friendly game of hockey and a celebration at the Moose’s Down Under in Burnaby, B.C., on March 13.
“Whether they were on the ice, cheering from the spectator seats, or celebrating with us after the game at the Moose’s Down Under, this one-of-a-kind event was enjoyed by all,” says Melissa Di Nardo, marketing manager of FIRST Insurance. “It was a very close competition, and I want to extend a special thanks to everyone who participated.”
