Health Canada has issued a recall for two candle products due to the fire hazard they present.

According to the agency, the candles made by Revive can produce high flames, which can ignite the surface of the wax. In addition to being a fire risk, the candles also pose a burn risk to consumers.

Consumers have been cautioned to stop using the three-wick Revive soy candles with the scents "Winter Cedar" and "Warm Spiced Latte". Health Canada also additionally advised that consumers should cut the wicks of the candles as short as possible before disposing of them.

CTV News reported that no injuries have been reported in Canada so far. About 3,103 candles were sold in Canada between November and December. Health Canada also did not identify which stores sold the candles.

The candles were manufactured by EAP Innovations in Mt. Pleasant, PA.
