Despite a second effort of summer this week, traveling to warmer destinations will be on the minds of Canadians in the coming weeks. One insurer has unveiled a website designed to help brokers provide advice and information for clients looking to get away from it all.

RSATravelPartners.com is geared toward supporting RSA’s distribution partners, providing them with business and marketplace updates, sales materials, advice and information that brokers can share with customers.

“We have redesigned our entire digital footprint to make things easier for our distribution partners and customers,” says Adrian Hall, vice president RSA travel & managing director, RSA Travel Insurance Inc., “and to bring insurance and the love of travel together. By doing this, we will become a source for everything travel and is the type of site that will push the travel insurance industry forward.”

The website is concurrent to the launch of rsatravelinsurance.com, which – according to a news release from RSA – is designed to advise travellers on not only the insurance process, but on how to make the most of your trip.

“Preparing for a trip is exciting, and we wanted to capture and embrace this excitement with the site,” says Hall. “By combining insurance information with travel advice, we aim to integrate the two and position travel insurance as a natural part of the trip planning process. The sites use language and information that is easy to understand and makes researching and purchasing simple. It even includes articles written by our own employees based on their personal travel experiences – after all, we’re travellers too.”
