Westland Insurance Group has announced that it has entered an exclusive partnership with the American Rental Association (ARA) to provide insurance to ARA members across Canada.
The commercial insurance package being offered through this partnership includes liability, property (building, stock, and equipment), contractors’ equipment (rented or sold), and cyber insurance.
“Westland is excited to work with ARA to bring this comprehensive commercial insurance package to Canadian ARA members,” said Westland Insurance EVP, commercial and specialty Donna Barclay. “Our exclusive partnership means Canadian ARA members now have access to uniquely specialized insurance protection to complement education, business resources, news, and research insights designed for the equipment and event rental industry."

Last week, Westland Insurance acquired two brokerages: Montridge Advisory Group and BST Insurance. Montridge Advisory Group is an employee benefits advisor, while BST Insurance Brokers is a full-service P&C brokerage.
