Insurance Business Canada’s annual survey, 5-Star MGAs, is underway.
Last year’s report showcased 28 MGAs who received a score of 8 or higher in at least one category, earning the title of 5-Star MGA. That’s a slight drop from the results in 2019 and 2018. However, a record-setting nine companies included in the 5-Star MGAs 2020 list claimed the title of All-Star MGA by earning a score of 8 or higher in every single category.
Brokers are encouraged to participate in this year’s survey to share feedback on their MGAs’ performance and services over the past year.
The information gathered will enable businesses to benchmark their performance and identify areas for improvement.
