Which MGAs are going above and beyond to serve clients?

Insurance Business Canada’s annual 5-Star on MGAs survey is ongoing.

Last year’s report showcased 27 organizations who received a score of 4 or higher in at least one category, earning the title of 5-Star MGA. Three of those organizations claimed the title of All-Star MGA by earning a 5-star rating in every single category.

Brokers are encouraged to participate in this year’s survey by sharing feedback on their MGAs’ performance and services over the past year.

The information gathered will enable businesses to benchmark their performance and identify areas for improvement.
