Standing out amid a pool of immense talent can be a challenge, but Insurance Business Canada makes it a point to recognize professionals who are rising above the pack.
From industry newcomers to those with decades-long careers, the Leaders of Change report offers an opportunity to recognize individuals who identify as people of colour and are actively contributing to the success of the insurance industry be it within their companies, as members and leaders of diversity-focused organizations, as mentors, or in their communities.
Nominations can be submitted via this short online form. The final list will be selected under the guidance of an independent advisory panel. The successful candidates will be featured in the April 2021 issue of IBC magazine and online.
