Standing out amid a pool of immense talent can be a challenge, and this year, Insurance Business Canada is making a point to recognize professionals who are rising above the pack, despite their young age.

Insurance Business Canada is on the look-out for individuals, aged 35 or younger, who are emerging leaders in their companies and are quickly rising to influential roles. If you know someone who fits the bill, take a few minutes to complete this short nomination form. Self-nominations are also accepted.

The successful candidates will be featured in June in IBC magazine and on the website. Entries close Friday, March 26, 2021.

Insurance Business Canada is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the insurance industry. Insurance Business survey voters are invited to nominate/self-nominate insurance professionals who are rising stars in insurance regardless of race, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, national origin, disability, or age.

Young Guns has been a longstanding cover feature for Insurance Business Canada but, in light of current news events, we feel the wording is inadvertently insensitive. Here at Insurance Business, we want to be part of the solution and the conversation, and not contribute to the problem. The feature will, therefore, be called Rising Stars going forward.
