The launch issue of Insurance Business Canada magazine that is hitting desktops across Canada is now available online.

“The magazine will be a reflection of the insurance industry, of what is happening today and where the market is headed,” says Tim Duce, president and CEO of KMI Publishing and Events in Toronto.. “From the largest companies to the mom and pop brokerages underwriting insurance in their home town, Insurance Business Canada magazine will be the heartbeat of the community.”

You can look at the online version of the magazine by going to our E-mag section on the homepage.

The October launch of the magazine – which is free to industry professionals – will be followed up with an in-depth look of the Top 30 Elite Brokers in Canada in the December issue – an opportunity that the Associate Publisher of KMI Publishing and Events Trevor Biggs says will allow the nation’s best insurance brokers to strut their stuff.

“Brokers will have a chance to gain the recognition for their hard work throughout the year,” says Biggs. “It is a great way to give your business a boost and to ensure that all the major insurers and underwriters know who you are. It is a great third-party endorsement that will benefit in your marketing to new and existing clients.”

Included in the October issue is a call for action on a national flood policy from the CEO of Swiss Re Sharon Ludlow, and an eye-opening interview with HUB Chairman and CEO Martin Hughes – who told Insurance Business magazine that is just getting started in making his mark in the insurance industry.
