Jones DesLauriers Consulting, the benefits consulting division of Jones DesLauriers Insurance, a Navacord broker, has entered into a partnership with Vita Assure, a Quebec-based firm specializing in group benefits and retirement solutions.
The partnership, which took effect on October 1, 2024, represents the first benefits-focused collaboration for Navacord in Quebec, marking a significant expansion into the province’s benefits consulting market, according to a news release.
Vita Assure has offices in Montreal and Ottawa and serves small and medium-sized businesses by providing tailored employee benefits solutions, including wellness-based services that go beyond “traditional” offerings. Led by president Dominic Iafigliola and vice president Gianna Ricciardi, Vita Assure has built a reputation for its consultative approach.
“We are excited to partner with Jones DesLauriers and Navacord to leverage national resources and enhance our services, while still maintaining the close relationships we’ve built with our clients,” said Iafigliola. “This partnership allows us to bring even more value to our clients through expanded offerings, while keeping our focus on the personalized, consultative service that is at the core of Vita Assure.”
In addition to its consulting services, Vita Assure regularly produces a podcast focused on emerging trends, best practices, and workplace wellness, as it aims to become a thought leader in the benefits space.
