APOLLO Insurance, a Canadian digital insurance provider, has partnered with LK Apartments to offer instant digital insurance solutions for renters.
APOLLO’s digital platform, launched in 2019, provides fully digital insurance products to Canadian consumers. The company has formed partnerships with REITs, property management firms, proptech companies and other organizations to integrate insurance products into their existing processes.

LK Apartments has integrated APOLLO’s digital insurance solution into its leasing process, allowing tenants to secure coverage within minutes.

Over the past months, APOLLO has made several partnerships to expand the reach of its products and services.
The company recently partnered with ICM Property Services, a property management firm, to provide instant digital insurance solutions that will cater to tenants across Canada. In November, it formed an exclusive partnership with Zen Residential to offer digital tenant insurance to its residents. It also teamed up with Townline, a property development and management firm, to deliver digital tenant insurance solutions to renters.
In 2022, APOLLO became the only insurance provider in Canada to integrate with Yardi Systems, enabling instant insurance transactions and automated compliance tracking for property managers.
Earlier this year, APOLLO launched FinShore, a wholly owned buy now, pay later (BNPL) subsidiary, to offer an embedded monthly payment option to customers.
