Specialist insurance provider Hagerty has announced that it is rolling out a new partner programme for car clubs in the UK.

Open to all car clubs, the programme offers a range of member incentives – on top of auto insurance – which can expand their event offerings, further promote their club, and generate additional revenue on the side. Hagerty’s programme offers four main benefit areas: generation of revenue for the club through auto insurance policy commissions and sponsorships; exclusive access to Hagerty events and experiences; a custom valuations offer combined with exclusive media content as well as a host of business benefits; and assistance and guidance that comes with partnering with a leading classic vehicle insurer.

Once a car club signs up for the programme, Hagerty will work closely with the club’s management to provide a package of benefits designed exclusively for each individual club. The insurer has also created a tiered level of partner benefits for a broad range of high-level benefits to choose from.

“I look forward to creating new partnerships with car clubs to benefit those who cherish and enjoy all things automotive,” said Hagerty international managing director Mark Roper. “Our new car club partnership programme offers tailored benefits to clubs of all sizes and provides a way to facilitate financial support and a unique range of customer experiences and incentives.”

Hagerty has published a car club programme booklet, which has details on all the benefits being offered and the potential revenue opportunities available. It is available to every UK car club and can be requested from the insurer’s website.

Earlier this year, Hagerty partnered with Gullwing Racing Insurance to launch its first dedicated UK motorsport insurance products. To offer the unique products, Hagerty established a dedicated motorsport team, which is based in the company’s UK headquarters.
