Charles Taylor Adjusting has expanded its European reach by partnering with Accurex B.V., a Netherlands-based loss-adjusting firm.
Through this associateship, Accurex joins Charles Taylor’s international adjusting network, allowing both firms to leverage each other’s expertise and resources.
The partnership is expected to enhance claims management services in the Netherlands, particularly for large and complex losses.
Founded in 2024, Accurex specialises in loss adjusting for product, contractual and general liability, recall, cyber, and property and business interruption losses. By joining Charles Taylor’s network, Accurex gains broader access to global resources while offering deep local expertise to clients.
With this collaboration, the firms will coordinate specialist adjusting teams to respond to claims across multiple sectors, including property, liability, business interruption, recall, financial lines, event cancellation, cyber risks, litigation support, and catastrophe response.
According to Accurex partner Raymond Bothof, the firm recognised the need for an international network from the outset and identified Charles Taylor as a strong and established partner.
"One of our core values is 'cooperation', not only with our clients and with our Accurex colleagues, but also with the adjusting teams of Charles Taylor," said Bothof.
He added that beyond working together on claims, Accurex aims to contribute knowledge and expertise to the network and collaborate with Charles Taylor at industry events.
"We believe that by working together, we can provide the best service to our clients," he said.
Meanwhile, Charles Taylor Adjusting's head of continental Europe, Nicholas La Stella said the partnership comes at a strategic time as the Netherlands and mainland Europe remain key growth markets.
"Our partnership with Accurex will ensure that our clients’ losses related to property, liability and special risks in The Netherlands will be handled by a highly experienced team with deep local knowledge,” said La Stella.
