Two major developments were announced at the 2025 British Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA) Conference, with Ardonagh Advisory unveiling a new brand identity and Aviva Private Clients launching updates to its high-net-worth insurance product suite.

Ardonagh Advisory, the UK platform of The Ardonagh Group, announced its rebranding as Everywhen, a change that will unify over 45 trading names under a single identity. The rebrand is intended to reflect the organisation’s strategic alignment of its UK advisory businesses and its continued focus on client service across a broad range of sectors.

The new name, Everywhen, is being officially introduced at BIBA 2025. Ardonagh explains that the term means “always” or “at all times,” aligning with the company’s stated purpose to manage risk, support growth, and provide protection across a wide variety of client needs, from general insurance to marine, agriculture, construction, care, and renewable energy.

According to the company, most trading brands under the Ardonagh Advisory umbrella will transition to the Everywhen brand over the next 12 months.

Rob Worrell (pictured above, left), CEO of Everywhen, said the business had spent years developing its proposition and shared culture, and that the new identity offers a cohesive platform for future growth.

“We’re already better together for our customers, and over the next 6-18 months they’ll see our trading brands gradually move across to become Everywhen,” Worrell said. “What they won’t see is any change to the expert support and specialist knowledge they already receive. Everywhen is both a new chapter for our business, and a renewal of our commitment to our customers.”

Aviva’s home product revamp for HNW clients

Aviva Private Clients (APC) also used the BIBA platform to announce a refreshed offering for high-net-worth customers, launching a new product – Refine Home – through its digital broker platform, APC Online.

Refine Home targets residential risks with rebuild values between £1 million and £3 million, accommodating up to five UK locations and £250,000 in jewellery.

The launch is part of a broader product refresh across APC’s high net worth suite, which now includes four offerings. Smart Home serves the entry-level segment with rebuild values up to £1 million.

Refine Home caters to mid-tier high net worth clients. Complete Home covers complex risks with rebuilds over £3 million, and Ultra Home is designed for ultra-high net worth clients with rebuilds exceeding £10 million and premiums of £25,000 or more.

Smart and Refine Home are available through APC Online, a self-serve broker platform that uses data enrichment to capture property details such as market value, size, and listed status. Aviva noted that this enables brokers to obtain accurate pricing and identify underinsurance risks more efficiently. The system also includes automated alerts for upcoming valuations and clause review dates.

Ann Owen (pictured above, right), managing director of Aviva Private Clients, said that Refine Home addresses the needs of the growing mid to high-net-worth market segment and complements the existing product set.

“The mid to high-net-worth segment is an important and growing market and complements our existing product suite. We have made significant investment in our underwriting platform to refresh our online and bespoke propositions which will make it easier for brokers to trade with us,” Owen said.

Refine Home was initially released on a phased basis with selected brokers and is now available across APC’s broker network. As part of this rollout, Aviva has discontinued its Distinct 75 and 150 products, with current policyholders being migrated to either Refine or Complete Home, depending on their risk profile.
