Citynet Insurance Brokers has appointed Harry Mills (pictured) to lead its newly formed international division.
In this role, Mills is in charge of driving the division’s growth through offering P&C re/insurance solutions for challenging or unique risks to brokers, insurers and MGAs. Mills will also provide London market access for the PIB Group’s growing network of brokers throughout Europe, a statement from the company said.
Mills makes his return to Citynet, having worked with the Lloyd’s and London Market brokerage for four years in the past. Most recently, he worked as a team leader and senior broker at Steadfast Placements London. In 2016, Mills was one of the three finalists for BIBA’s Young Broker of the year award.
“We are always looking to recruit the best talent available, and we have certainly achieved that in Harry,” said Richard Scott, Citynet CEO. “We have ambitions to be a dominant force in other territories and for that, you have to recruit the best. On a personal level, I am delighted to welcome Harry back to the group and am genuinely excited to be able to see him achieve what I know he is capable of. This will be the first of many additions to the newly created division.”
