Davies Group is continuing its North American expansion with a swoop for a third-party administrator.
The professional services and technology firm has moved for TriPlus Service Inc. which specialises in long term care insurance, and is based in Massachusetts. It offers insurer clients claims and policy administration management solutions, alongside claims and actuarial consulting.
As part of the deal, TriPlus will become part of the Davies claims solutions business in the US with CEO Peter Lucas set to continue to lead the firm under Davies’s US claims solutions CEO Matt Button.
“The leadership team and I are delighted to be joining forces with Davies and to be part of their ambitious growth plans in the US,” said Lucas. “We look forward to working together to continue to deliver for our clients, and being able to offer a deeper range of specialist skills to Davies wider client base.”
The move will see all 200+ of TriPlus’s employees continue in their roles, but now as Davies employees, and Davies Group CEO Dan Saulter is confident about their success.
