Already well-established as a member of Bravo Group as a Broker Network member, independent insurance brokerage Guy Penn & Co Ltd. has now become part of Ethos Broking.
The Lancashire-based personal lines and commercial lines broker will retain its existing workforce and office premises as part of the deal. The move was welcomed by chairman Nicholas Martin and MD Kierson Owen.

In addition to the excellent services we have always enjoyed as a Broker Network member, we will benefit from being part of a strong well managed group whose people, focus, facilities and financial backing will be a key driver for us going forward.”
The broker, which was established in 1971, has four locations across the North West in Lytham St Annes, Lancaster, Poulton-le-Fylde and Kirkham. It boasts 30 employees and more than £9 million GWP, with Ethos Broking MD Richard Tuplin keen to expand on the relationship while retaining the Guy Penn brand.
