Charles Taylor InsureTech – the software arm of Charles Taylor Insurance Services – is launching a cloud-based hub where all of its software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions for the insurance industry can be conveniently accessed.

The new InHub by Charles Taylor InsureTech brings together the company’s range of SaaS solutions into a cloud-native ecosystem. The products support insurers’ capabilities across the insurance lifecycle and value chain, from B2B and B2C distribution; policy administration and broking; claims optimisation; AI fraud prevention; data acceleration; bordereaux and distributed data management; reinsurance management; and authorities governance. InHub can also be used by insurance organisations looking to jumpstart their journeys into digital, and can “futureproof” legacy systems by moving insurers’ technology stack to their own personalised managed cloud environment.

In addition to access to digital tools, Charles Taylor’s InHub has a marketplace function which allows clients to access software created by third-party suppliers.

“InHub gives our insurance clients the tools to launch products faster, serve customers better and leverage data to make smarter strategic decisions,” said Charles Taylor InsureTech CEO Arjun Ramdas. “Our technology is rooted in deep experience of the insurance industry and understanding of the operational issues our clients need to solve.”

A company release noted that InHub’s architecture and framework were developed in conjunction with Microsoft and Oracle.
