Kitsune Associates Ltd, the recently launched underwriting agency from Brightside Group, has tapped WNS Assistance for claims management.

The managing general agent said the partnership will provide a streamlined and technology-driven system for its claims management as well as a boost to its customer experience. Kitsune specialises in motor insurance products.

“We are delighted to partner with a such a well-known and experienced claims outsource provider in WNS Assistance,” commented the MGA’s managing director Trevor Bowers.

“We are confident that with their modern technology solutions, incorporating fully integrated end-to-end claims management functions, our customers’ claims will be managed highly effectively, leading to a great customer experience and highly efficient control of indemnity spend.”

Meanwhile Mark Turner, chief commercial officer at WNS Assistance, believes the deal represents an important opportunity for the future of the business. WNS Assistance is part of New York Stock Exchange-listed WNS Global Services.
