  • Policyholders can count on ICW Group to be there when an injury occurs. Once a claim is submitted, its Claims Triage Team immediately reviews the claim. Then an experienced, hands-on claims management team guides policyholders and their injured workers through all facets of the claim, including medical care, coverage and timely benefit payments. Injured workers also have access to Nurse Triage (starting in 2021) and a nurse case manager to ensure they get the best care possible, as quickly as possible and are on the path back to work. Additionally, every claim processed is reviewed for fraud within 24 hours.
  • ICW Group’s Special Investigations Unit is made up of investigators who all have a law enforcement and/or criminal fraud background. Policyholders have access to a fraud consultant for one-on-one meetings over the phone and every claim is reviewed for fraud within 24 hours of claim creation. Its proprietary technology evaluates over 3,000 data points for red flags and the skilled investigators that make up the fraud-fighting team assign 3 times the number of claims for investigation versus the industry average.
  • ICW Group offers flexible payment options for policyholders, including installment plans, pay as you go and credit card payments. With OnlinePay, policyholders can make instant payments as well as schedule automatic payments. A team of highly skilled billing specialists are also available to help policyholders with any questions they have.
