Zeigler Automotive Group announced it has received its 12th Best & Brightest Companies To Work For Award in the Chicago market.
The award, presented by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR), recognizes organizations in the Greater Chicago area that meet established standards in company culture, human resources and related areas.
Zeigler is the only dealership group to receive this recognition 12 times in the Chicago market. The company recently expanded its luxury vehicle operations by acquisition Ferrari Lake Forest from the Mancuso family.

The award program has an approximately ten-to-one applicant-to-winner ratio, selecting companies with recognized business and human resources practices.

An independent research firm evaluated the winning companies based on criteria including compensation and benefits, wellness programs, employee engagement and retention, education and development, recruitment, recognition, communication, inclusion, work-life balance, community involvement, and leadership performance.
The NABR has provided benchmarking tools and identified human resource practices for more than 25 years.

The Kalamazoo-based company has also received Best & Brightest awards in the regions where it operates, including its 19th consecutive West Michigan award, 12th Chicago-area award, and seventh consecutive national award.
