Two leaders from Chicago-based companies have received one of the insurance industry’s highest distinctions.
Michael Gramm, vice president of excess casualty and surplus at XL Group, and David Sampson, president of Property Casualty Insurers Association of America (PCIAA), have been named in Insurance Business America magazine’s Hot 100 list for 2015. This annual list recognizes 100 people who have made waves in the insurance industry over the past year.
Honorees are nominated by their peers and chosen after careful consideration by the editorial panel. They range from small-town insurance brokers to CEOs of international companies to congressional leaders.
“The Hot 100 represents the best of the best the insurance industry has to offer. These are true thought leaders and influencers in our industry,” said IBA senior journalist Caitlin Bronson. “This list is very much a ‘who’s-who’ of power players and innovators in insurance.”
