A prominent provider of software for independent insurance agencies has announced the availability of two new productivity features attached to its agency management system.

EZLynx Policy Compare and Policy Sync – two new tools meant to help agents increase efficiency. Policy Compare allows agents to view two policies side-by-side to instantly identify the differences and explain premium changes to customers, while Policy Sync enables agents to compare and sync current policy information with
EZLynx Rating Engine.
Jonathan Kolbo, product manager at EZLynx, says both tools make the re-quote process, and other common tasks, more efficient for agents and customers.
“When a customer calls to ask ‘Why did my premium go up?’ Policy Compare lets the agent quickly compare the expired version of a policy with the renewal policy side by side,” Kolbo said. “You can see which coverages have gone up, exactly how much and why. This eliminates time wasted by crunching numbers, leaving agents more time to sell new business and retain existing business. Agents will be amazed to see how much time these tools save.
Both tools are available to EXLynx customers at no additional cost.
