Alliant Insurance Services announced this week that it has acquired Andre-Romberg Insurance Agency, a Spokane-based insurer.
This is Alliant’s fourth acquisition in the Pacific Northwest region since late 2014.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Andre-Romberg, founded 1946, offers a wide range of commercial risk management and personal insurance products and services.

All of Andre-Romberg will join Alliant and continue to provide it services to clients from its current location in Spokane.

“Andre-Romberg’s long and storied history within the region is a testament to its commitment to taking an active role in its clients’ success,” said Alliant chairman and CEO Tom Corbett. “As an organization founded on this principle, Alliant will partner with the outstanding team at Andre-Romberg to continue this legacy and provide an even higher level of excellence to the businesses and people that form the backbone of the region.”

Following the acquisition, Andre-Romberg will operate as part of Alliant Americas, the North American division of Alliant.

“Alliant is the only company we would have considered based on its entrepreneurial culture and strong leadership,” remarked Andre-Romberg president Ken Kurtz. “As part of the Alliant family, we will further solidify our commitment to local clients, while leveraging Alliant’s deep resources and national platform to further enhance our service offerings.”
