The Stevie Awards are the top honors for the customer service, contact center, business development and sales space. The awards were presented February 28 during a banquet at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas.

Allianz’s sales team won a silver award in the “Inside or Telesales Team of the Year” category and two bronze awards for “Best Customer Feedback Strategy” and “Best Use of Technology in Customer Service”. Allianz employees Mike Gross and Sandra Gomez received silver awards in the “Sales Representative of the Year – All Other Industries” and “Contact Center Manager of the Year” categories, respectively.

“Stevie Award winners from around the world should be very proud of their achievements,” said Michael Gallagher, executive chairman of the Stevie Awards. “The judges were impressed with the vast range of nominations submitted for 2020 and have agreed that their accomplishments are worthy of public recognition.”

“We are honored once again to be recognized at the prestigious Stevie Awards,” said Jim O’Connor, head of US operations at Allianz Partners. “This terrific win reaffirms our dedication and passion to deliver the best possible service to our customers.
