On May 16, Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) announced that it had acquired the Westlake Village-based Hogan Insurance Services, Inc. in California.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

All of Hogan Insurance Services—Robert Hogan and his team—will continue to operate in their current location in Westlake Village under the supervision of AJG Western Regional Manager for retail property/casualty brokerage operations James G. McFarlane.
Hogan Insurance Services is an retail insurance broker founded in 1994 that offers property/casualty, employee benefits, risk management and specialty wholesale insurance services for commercial clients operating in the Southern California region. The carrier specializes in workers compensation insurance for the transportation, automotive, manufacturing and trucking industries.
